I was in a bit of a pinch for a Monday birthday and was very pleased to find out that a florist shop near where my stepmother lives is open on Monday; the clerk was very helpful and informative, and got the flowers there at the perfect time. We are so grateful to love and bloom. We live in a different state and called to place an order over the phone to pick up when we arrived in Dodge City. We were delayed in our travel and they actually delivered our order to us. The bouquet was exactly what my mom wanted. They listened!

Our daughter moved to Kansas and we live in NY. I wanted to send her something special to celebrate her birthday. I looked online and found Love and Bloom. The company itself was amazing. The recipient wasn't home the first attempt, and their communication with me was fantastic. They tried again later, and all was well. The reason I docked a star because I paid extra "deluxe" for additional blooms. The one that was delivered doesn't even appear to have as many blooms as the "standard" arrangement, it has hardly any greenery, and a ton of strange brown and gold stuff, and brown ribbon. There was no brown ribbon in the original photo. All being said though, my friend loved them, and they delivered the same day.
